Or maybe you suffer excessive sweating, or, if you are really unfortunate, both! <br /> <br />Well, I am here to tell you, it can be cured, permanently. How can I be so sure? Because I myself am an ex-sufferer, and I have created the site to spread the word. <br /> <br />I suffered from the facial blushing problem since puberty, right up until it was cured when I was 41. That's a long time to experience social disasters and humiliation in the workplace. <br /> <br />If you have this problem, you will know that the very few people who do not share the condition can sometimes find it hugely amusing, which of course exacerbates the problem and makes situations far worse. <br /> <br />If you have had it bad, you maybe stay at home rather than go to the party, or dread that workplace meeting or any one of a hundred other things, all because you know that when attention is focused on you, no matter how hard you try, or how deeply you breath, you will almost certainly blush red, bright red. <br /> <br />Why did I leave it so long to fix my problem? Well, I simply did not realise it could be cured, and found an an answer quite by chance. <br /> <br />I am living proof that there is a cure, and I can tell you it is life changing as far as I am concerned, and I have never felt happier. <br /> <br />Ok, well you've got this far, so I am guessing you are waiting for me to spill the beans and tell you how!!! Read on, friend.... <br /> <br />Your condition is known as <b>Hyperhidrosis</b>. <b>(Blushing)</b> <br /> <br />Sometimes, It causes not only facial blushing but also excessive sweating of the hands, face and armpits. I am concentrating on facial blushing for obvious reasons, but if you have a problem with excessive sweating, you can be cured by the same process. <br /> <br />The cure involves a small operative procedure, and I mean small. The operation takes 15-30 mins only, and is performed under general anaesthetic. <br /> <br />I have of course had the operation myself , and I can tell you, as operations go, its a walk in the park. <br /> <br />The procedure is known as <b>Endoscopic transthoracic sympathicotomy</b>. and involves two tiny incision under the arms, the small scars of which nearly always fade completely. <br /> <br />Now I am not going to go into the meaty medical data, I will leave that to the doctor, you can discuss that with him, but I will say, from personal experience, I can heartily recommend the procedure to anyone whose quality of life is affected by this condition. <br /> <br />What I will do, is tell you about <b>Dr. João B. Now, if you live in, say, Europe, as I do, you would be excused for thinking that Brazil is rather a long way to travel. <br /> <br />That is certainly true, but by golly its worth it. The surgery is available all over the world, but here is why I recommend Brazil <br /> <br />1. Its the cheapest place in the world to have the surgery. (If you compare it to London, that's a $3000.00 saving) <br /> <br />2. <b>.Dr. Duarte </b> is a partner with <b>Dr. Peter Kux</b>, the very man who pioneered the procedure, back in 1947. <br />Throughout these years, their team has developed a simple and safe technique with a high success rate of treating the problem <br /> <br />3. Brazil is a wonderful country, and for not much more than the cost of the surgery, you can enjoy a vacation there, as I did. <br /> <br />4. <b> Dr. Duarte </b> will make you feel extremely welcome. The hospitality I received and the after care, including after I had returned home, far exceeded my expectations. <br /> <br />5. If you do not speak the local language, or are traveling alone and feeling a tad nervous, do not worry! While I was there I discovered a wonderful couple who were to become friends. Marco offers city tour guides, and speaks excellent English. For less than a taxi driver would charge, he will be your guide around areas of local interest, or just help you with your shopping.
